I don’t know about anyone else, but summer and especially the beginning of school has me all jacked up. I am eating like total garbage, and I am having a hard time getting back on track. I won’t say that I do “keto” but I do try to eat lower carb. I feel like I have a bit of a gluten intolerance so really I’m just better off when I’m not stuffing myself with bread. However, since I’m pretty much running of fumes these days, I am doing a sucky job at meal planning. Somehow I don’t have to make a menu until the night before I go to the store and by then I’m tired and just planning any old meal. I have a ton of things pinned on Pinterest, but it’s hard when I’m not sure what is actually a tried and true recipe.
There fore, I thought it would be helpful to share some of my go to recipes in case anyone else in the same boat! Hopefully this list will help you with your low carb meal plan!

A couple more meals we tend to do are:
Cheeseburgers with no bun
Breakfast for dinner- scrambled eggs and sausage are easy!
Taco night, I make a taco salad with my taco fixings.
